Program Description:

  • Exploring one of the most remote, geologically unique, environmentally friendly, and breathtakingly beautiful countries in the world?
  • Immersing yourself in Icelandic culture, while learning about its rich Viking heritage?
  • Living in one of the world's unique eco-villages that grows most of its food organically in geothermal heated greenhouses and whose electricity is from 100% renewable sources?
  • Making a difference - helping an eco-village to become increasingly self-reliant through sustainable practices?
  • Learning about the principles of sustainability from a country leading the world in the production of clean, renewable energy?
